Hello soap and scrapbook fans!
I am excited to share my latest soap event adventures and my new soap and Vegas-themed scrapbook designs!!
During the Presidents' Day Weekend, I had the pleasure of having a "Girls Night Out" with the female docs and nurses of GH and an intimate evening with "Dr. Hottie" himself, Jason Thompson in "Casino Capital of the World" (okay, this is my title!)--Las Vegas :) This was my first visit to Vegas and, although I wasn't lucky at the slots, I was lucky at creating fun memories and meeting some wonderful new soap buddies. I want to give a Shout Out to my new pals and a genuine THANK YOU for including me and hanging out with me :)
I loved the stops on my "trip around the world...in Vegas"--Paris, New York, Greece, Venice, the Saharan desert,the pyrimads, and a castle. Each "city" or "country" transported me to a beautiful and unique setting full of lucky chances and charming scenes.
I want to thank everyone I spoke to or hung out with for making this weekend such an adventured-filled experience for me.
I would also like to announce the addition of several Vegas--themed scrapbooking designs that were created for the General Hospital fan events. Prototypes of each design are posted on my website, http://www.fortheloveofsoaps.com, but each design can be adapted to "fit" a specific character or actor. I'm not much of a gambler, but I had fun creating designs with these gambling references.
